From designer deadstock, this is a very unique cotton stretch woven with a denim look and about 10% stretch in the width only. It is comparable to a heavier-weight denim with a medium wash indigo and white crossthreads. The reverse shows a weave that resembles herringbone, and the face is more uniform like a medium wash denim (PANTONE 18-4036 is close). It is opaque and has substance, but is malleable with nice body in the drape. The versatile medium weight is great for making jeans, coats and jackets, a vest, etc. Machine wash, gentle cycle and tumble dry low (please test first).
